Sellers brought 3,899 new listings to market, leaving 6,802 properties in inventory — 2.0% less than a year ago. The benchmark price across all property types was $572,500, down 2.1% year over year and up 0.5% on the month. By property type, semi-detached homes were the strongest year over year at +0.2%, and apartment the weakest at -9.0%.
